During this time we are committed to supporting essential business customers. Therefore, certain areas of our company will remain operational during the mandatory Pennsylvania state-wide business shut-down. We have been serving the community since 1978 and strive to maintain the level of service needed during these unprecedented times.
Service Department
We will continue to provide 24/7 service to fueling systems of essential businesses. Procedures for placing a service call will NOT change from the customer’s perspective. You can reach our Service Department by email at service@kpeltd.com or by phone at 800.526.3629.
Parts Department
Our parts department will continue to supply petroleum equipment to our customers. For Parts or Customer Pick-Up, please contact us to set up a pick up time. We are currently not accepting customer walk-in business. Parts shipping will continue to ship daily.
Web Services
All web services can be managed remotely and are not affected. This includes SSA and our online store.
Construction Department
All segments of the construction industry are considered non-essential, therefore all current and upcoming projects are temporarily on hold. In the event that service to an essential business would require heavy equipment and a construction crew, we will be able to assist.
We have been in contact with L&I and many local municipalities and all are continuing to perform permit review. Permitting and engineering work can be done remotely by Keystone and will continue so that any projects we have in the early stages will be able to begin, pending the State cancellation of the non-essential business shutdown.
PADEP Re-Certification Training
We have received special dispensation from the PADEP to move our training classes to an online model. The classes offered can be found on our website Training page.
